I have reviewed the response from King of Queens regarding my complaint In their response they are not being truthful regarding the situation at hand Kings of Queens told me and *** *** that the vehicle repairs were complete, which is when *** *** issued them a check for full payment of repairs When I arrived at the shop to pick up the vehicle the repairs were not complete Furthermore the Headlight System Error light was on, making the vehicle unsafe/un-drivable Kings of Queens had put some type of oil on my leather seats and then stepped on the seat leaving shoe marks among other stains They were the ones that stated that they would have the vehicle steam cleaned in order to take out the substance/ damages they had made on the seats I have pictures to verify everything that I am stating in this complaint I also have a witness who accompanied me on both occasions to king of queens Furthermore kings of queens stopped receiving/returning my calls or my text and did not start communications with me until my complaint was filed with your department As of January **, Kings of Queens has transported my vehicle to Infiniti of Bayside to have head light system error light reset and an evaluation of further repairs that they were unable to complete at their location which they were already paid for by *** *** My insurance company issued payment only on the grounds that the vehicle repairs were complete and approximately two month later I am still without a vehicle because they made statements

Kings of queens took my vehicle to Infiniti of Bayside Infiniti provided them with an estimate of repairskings of Queens has rejected this estimate and has requested that the vehicle be taken to twin collisions which is *** *** accredited repair shop I contacted twins collision and I was told that they would not take on any corrective repairs for the vehicle now kings of queens is requesting that the vehicle be taken to another shop for another estimate I would also like to state that kings of queens over painted the vehicle and did cover vehicles properly causing paint residue on all windows and in the inside of the vehicle on the gps screen

I wish I could file a complaint for this place and if I find out if I can, I will definitely do itI went there because my wiper blades were not workingThe "boss" or whatever he was immediately told me he will have one of the guys look into itWithin min he told me the motor is not working and that I need a new motorHis estimate was $+ labor($90) and he can have it in hoursI thought the price is a little high so I said no and I ordered myself a new motor which cost me $He stresses out that I will not find anything cheaper because they have to buy it from the dealership onlyBS! Not only that, but I took my car to another Mecanic and asked him to replace the motor and he told me its not the motor, it's a fuse, which costs what, $1? This it was about to charge me over $for something I didn't even needNeedless to say they rip you off and they are incompetentAnd I gave this guy $for thisWhat a ridiculous place

To date we have spoken to the insurance company of *** *** We have advised them that Infinity has the vehicle with NORMAN COLLISON WORKS, *** *** *** *** *** *** ** ***We advised *** ***s insurance company that we will wait on them to have an adjustor evaluate the vehicle, and we also advised them on the day they are due to inspect vehicle, to please advise us, so we can have one of our employee present and both parties can be witness to the inspectionTo date *** *** as not reached us back to advise if the vehicle was already assignedThey stated they will contact us for the appointment

The customer had several complaints once we were done with her vehicle. We advised her on several occasions that we would fix anything she feels needs to be repaired. The customer was not satisfied with this. Finally we tried to give vehicle back to customer washed and clean, in...

which she requested for car to be steam washed.  After extensive times of trying to rectify this situation, to date we have not came to any reasonable agreement. To date the vehicle is still in the auto shop. In conclusion, to be fair to both parties we have decided to take the vehicle to an Audi dealer to have them inspect the vehicle and for them to determine there own report. Once we have obtained this information back from Audi, we will forward information to you and customer for review and determine the best outcome for both parties involved.
