King of the Road transport was a great experience for me I worked with Max, and he was very patient and wasn't pushy at all, which made for a nice experience dealing with this sort of task, as many of the brokers just want your money Max seemed to care about my car getting to and from locations and was available for contact throughout with prompt follow up I would absolutely work with this company again, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to transport

My experience with the company was very goodThe tricky part is in dealing with the driversThe driver I selected to contract with was a very nice and considerate young man from a transport companyThe only negative I experienced, was, he never reached out to the shop owner at my point of delivery across the country and when he attempted to deliver on a Saturday the shop wasnt open (they have M-F hours, weekend by appointment only)Fortunately, Mike at King of the Road was available when I called on Saturday afternoon and acting as a liaison, managed the situation expertly, locating an open, in-door space across the street from the expected delivery location that was willing to accept my carLook, poop happens, it's how the matter is handled and Mike met the challenge with expert customer service
I want to share what a positive move experience I had with King of the Road Transport recently.They moved my treasured Jeep Cherokke from Atlanta,GaTo Santa Barbara,Ca
*** and his attentive assistant were beyond wonderful and helpful from start to finish.The driver also was wonderful and I felt complete trust in him
I would not ever use any other company to move my vehicles if that is needed again.Also,I will freely give my feedback to anyone I hear needs vehicle transport

Pick up was 3 hours later than the time frame notified. Called a day prior to requested delivery date to find out what date and time will the car be delivered, we were referred from one representative to another, going in circles, and in the end the local representative at the destination city did not return our several phone messages. We contacted the main customer representative and he was very responsive and helpful until the last call regarding the date and time for delivery, which he said he would make some phone calls and get back to us, but no such phone call was received. We ended up calling around to find out where the car was located at and went to pick it up ourselves since we could not wait any longer for their returned responses. Customer services need to improve, especially at the delivery end. It was not a good experience dealing with them.
After being apprehensive of so many brokers, I finally decided to use King of the Road Transport because of their A+ rating through the Revdex.com. They were knowledgeable and very efficient. The carrier they used was also rated A+ through the Revdex.com, they were not supposed to tell me who was carrying my car, but it definitely made sale. There was always constant communication from [redacted] and [redacted] letting me know of my car's status. My Car arrived 5 days ahead of schedule, which was amazing. It was true door to door service, as my vehicle was picked up at my mother's driveway and brought to my driveway, the driver actually rang my doorbell and there was my car in perfect condition. My car is a 2013 Chevy Equinox LTZ.
Remember when you had to wait ALL DAY for the cable guy to show up at your house? That would be King of the Road and their contractors. But the cable company was better: at least they didn't call you with multiple install dates and usually provided some means of common courtesy to call, if they were running behind. If I tried to pay KOTR the way that they delivered my car or provided customer service, I'd be in collections. Long story short: if King of the Road offered to pay to transport my car, I'd STILL pay another company to do it.
