I appreciate the business' request of course I do not expect them to give me a refund without proof, I am awaiting the delivery of a tape measure so that I can send them a picture to prove my issueI will be contacting them when I am able to do this

We communicated further with the customer who followed with an email with a photo of what was listed in the description of the set she purchased and the actual list of items which populated for options. Under electrical sets the options to populate are more and different than Practice
sets. No electrical options populated for the customer, as it was set up correctly in the online ordering system as a practice setThis was the first complaint we had about this set and the wording. Apparently a cut and paste post was made from the electrical set to the deluxe practice set description. This was the only set in which we found that error We agreed the website listing was a confusing at best and came to the resolve of sending the customer an electrical epee and body cord which were the two items which would make the set "Everything you need to fence Electrically" We have since corrected the description and the customer has indicated she is happy with the resolve.Thank you,Gladys B***Assist to Mgmt Absolute Fencing Gear ** *** *** ** *** ** ***

At Absolute Fencing Gear we truly pride ourselves on customer service and will do our upmost in providing exceptional help to our customers who supported us and built this company to where it is nowUnfortunately some issues arise because of sizing guidelines if not used appropriately In
this case our sizing chart is a very useful tool in helping customer’s with an approximate number in finding the right sizeThe issue at hand with this case in question is that, this was an international order where the complainant had a Jacket that was using a size with European measurements (Centimeters) and the product that he was purchasing was in America using American measurements (Inches)According to our sizing chart, this would have worked if the complainant was comparing European size to a European sizeIn this case the American sized Lame should have been converted to a European size and our website we do provide this help to all using our sizing chart, and then he wouldn’t have had this problemEven at this point at Absolute Fencing Gear would have been happy to exchange the Lame but the problem at hand was that he had stenciled his name on the back of the LameFrom our website you can’t order stenciling because there is a warning that we have to give to each and every customer and that is, in order to put any name on the back of a jacket or lame the customer has to be 100% positive of the size they are ordering because once we stencil it we can’t take it back because of the requested alteration we can’t resell as new anymore because of the printed name on itWhen the complainant received that warning he stated that he was 100% positive of the size, not thinking about the different sizes from state to stateOn our website we give the warning on our sizing chart,” Please use the sizing details below as a guideThese measurements are just estimates and not guaranteed.” Also with that, we have help for the different countries for the United States, Europe, and the United KingdomWe at Absolute Fencing Gear are sorry for the dissatisfaction of this customer and in the future we will try to ascertain more information from the customer to elevate situations like this.Best Regards, Donovan Absolute Fencing Gear Inc***
