Called business spoke with [redacted] she stated that she reached out to Mrs. [redacted] last Wednesday July 25, 2017 to let her know that they are ordering a new door and as soon as it comes in they will install the door. Mrs. [redacted] stated that the door should be here tomorrow and they should have to...

door installed on Wednesday August 2, 2017.

Called business spoke with [redacted] she stated that the door has been ordered and will be installed on August 14, 2017. That maintenance can not install the door that a private contractor has to install the door.

My complaint isn't resolved because Miss Tia P[redacted] didn't reach out to me on Wednesday July 25, 2017.
