Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  King Property Management was first informed of the non-working condition of the security gates on June 19, 2014.  At that time, the meter had not been moved by the developer and the meter had power to it.  Despite numerous communications to KPM over the next three-four weeks, action was not taken by KPM until July 13, 2014, nearly a month after KPM was originally contacted.  The following week, the developer moved the meter, and since then, the lack of power to the gates was a result of the developer not running power to the meter properly.  However, it is the inaction of KPM from June 19, 2014 until July 13, 2014, that resulted in numerous thefts and attempted thefts.
In view of the above, although KPM continues to assert that the issue is a result of the developer moving the meter, that is clearly not the case.
Ultimately, the developer is at fault for moving the meter around July 20, 2014, but the responsibility of the HOA lies solely with KPM from June 19, 2014, until that date.  In fact, the developer has already contacted me directly to negotiate a partial resolution for my loss as a result of the non-working gates from July 20, 2014, until the present date.  KPM has not made any attempt to remedy the situation or losses due to their negligence from June 19, 2014 until July 20, 2014.
KPM is using the developer's movement of the meter (which occurred around July 20, 2014) in hopes of covering up their mismanagement of the HOA during Sept. 2013-Nov. 2013 as well as from June 19, 2014 - July 20, 2014.
Regards,

The controlled access gates were tampered with by the Developer as he re-routed the electricity to service one of his homes.  We met with the Developer on site and he was to contact his electrician to remedy the problem.  Instead, the meter was re-located (as it was installed in front...

of a pedestrian gate) and disconnected with no advance warning.  King Property Management is working to have power re-installed at this time.
The homeowners cannot differentiate between Developer issues and those of Homeowner Association Management.
