Review: King Quality re-sided our house and put in all new windows on our 2nd floor, this was done in February to the beginning of March. Since then we have called them several times a week to come and complete the job and to fix everything that they did wrong. The list goes as follows: Finish the siding over the deck that we already paid for; we also have a shingle falling off in the top front of our house, there is a nail pushing through the siding in the back of the house; when they installed the siding in the front, the attic fan vent was installed too close to the attic fan and it sounds like a helicopter over our house as the fan rubs on the vent; finally they were supposed to install a vent in the attic for our upstairs bathroom vent. We also told them we would buy sufficient siding from them, to have, so when we take down the deck we can redo the siding around the deck ourselves.Desired Settlement: To fix and complete the job that we have been paying for, for several months now, and to bring over the extra siding (that we will pay for).

The complaint should remain open. The company fixed many of the issues, but one issue still remains. The attic fan still makes a lot of scraping noise when it operates. This never happened until they replaced the siding. The worker told my wife that he couldn't find a problem, but apparently he never really looked at it, and it was cool and overcast day, so the fan was not running when he was here.

Until they fix this problem, I will not be satisfied.

All issues have been fixed according to [redacted] except for the attic fan. We did not install the roof or the attic fan at the Fulton residence. King Quality feels that we are not responsible for the attic fan issue.

We also left 3 full panels of siding at no additional cost for when they remove their deck so they could match the panels to the ones that are on the house.

Review: We had King Quality do both our roofing and siding , the job was to take a week beginning to end and was started May [redacted] ( I wont get into the issues with timeliness and cleanliness as it isnt the issue I have a problem with at present ) When the siding started as they banged the side of the house tiles on the kitchen wall began cracking and popping , we notified the workers immediately and texted and called the salesman about the issue , he assured us this was normal and they would come fix it . Never came in to see the damage and we brought it up several more times to him over the next 2 weeks that they were there doing the siding . The same day teh work was done , someone came for payment , we explained that repairs needed to be made for paint and kitchen tiles , we eventually got the paint fixed but have contacted the office several more times about the tiles and they still havent been fixed . The tile repair person called my wife 2 weeks ago and gave a window to repair on a day that she couldnt be here and that was it , not when it was convenient for us , only for them and since that day didnt work , no day was was scheduled . Their office mgr called and left us a vm a week and half ago stating our repair would be scheduled by that monday ( 8 days ago ) ... needless to say it wasnt scheduled and he never called us back or returned the call . Quite honestly , Im assuming this is a case of we paid and now we'll be forgotten as we have no recourse but its especially offensive that they are soliciting business in our neighborhood when they havent even finished our job and its coming up on 2 months now ! We'll be sure to give our neighbors asking us for references on the work they did here a VERY accurate and detailed account of what we have gone throughDesired Settlement: We want the damages that they caused to our kitchen repaired when its convenient for us and done immediately , we've waited almost 2 months , ignoring customers after they've paid for services before services are completed is a very poor business practice
