Through this letter is to clarify that my client [redacted] , is not honest to comment on the project, which was taken at [redacted] **This work was professionally completed with all the permits and inspections required by California lawAn inspector of San Mateo County, Ca did not look at any anomaly or violation of Code on the roof inspectionI personally walked with the inspector to check the details and everything was perfect but then [redacted] continued to call me for her Skylight which was supposed to be drippingAnd I went to her house three times to check and did a test with a hose, but there was no leakEverything was fine, and to solve any problem completely I suggested canceling the skylights, and she agreedI gave her a price without any commitment and she went with another company and gave her another priceThat she told me that it was cheaper to estimate than I gave her, then she got mad at me and told me that I wanted to take advantage of herI told her that she could buy them where she thought bestI told her I could install them if she wanted to, but she got mad at meAnd then she hired another roof company and supposedly found nails that went through the ceilingWhen the inspector had already passed inspection and said that everything was well finishedKing Roofing company gave to her a year warranty, in case something was not right we would fix it, but she just wants to hurt my company with negative commentsI went to her house last week and tried to talk to her and she ignored me many times, according to the contract the client has to call the company in case something is wrong, before calling another company Thank you Sincerely [redacted] King roofing

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:mr parras continually lied in his responseone he guaranteed no damage to skylightshe was not here timeshe came once and o water leak discovered that he did not seal skylights and condensation was building up and drippingi paid another co to seal at cost of mrparras agreed to replace skylite at no cost if I would pay for it.he agreed to get estimate.his estimate was 450.oo I asked from who and he replied royalite, unknown to him I also had an estimate from royalite and it was 249.oo.for same thinghe deliberately falsified cost of skylight due to greedthis despite my not holding him liable to written contract then he began avoiding me, unable to explain his lie about cost of skylight from same company despite my sending two letters to himforced to hire new rooferat time of inspection nails were not popping up.this happened over short timehad to hire new roofer to repairuse this man at your own riskby the way I never became angry with him until he lied about skylight and then avoided mealways had snacks for roofers even bucket of ***Sincerely, [redacted]

A Mechanics Lien on my property On 9/17/by Redding Roofing Supply company due to King Roofing failure to pay for the supplies used to roof the houseI paid Kings Roofing in full for all labor and materials on 4/30/in the amount of $6,I took them to small claims court for the amount that I paid to Redding Roofing Supply because I wanted the lien removedI won the judgement in the amount of $on 8/9/It has been a year and King Roofing still has not paid what is owed to me

In less than months and on first rain the roof LEAKS!!! No response from King Roofing to Emails
Roof leaksA contractor checked roof and noticed flashing issues at leak locationExact location and details were provided to King Roofing in emailThere are drywall stains and damage nowIts been a month since initial email with no response or repairs
