King Sharper Images, LLC

I placed an order on May 18, and after waiting a period of time for delivery, I then tried contacting the company but no response
I placed an order with KSI (King Sharper Images)(KSI Shop & KSI Website) on May 18, using my debit card,$25.99, ORDER# *** I checked on the info the same day to see how they process their orders and mine said "Awaiting Fulfillment" which was fine because it was acknowledged that the order was receivedI waited for a period of time to allow for delivery-nothing-, I went back to the site/account to check the status and it still said the same thingI've tried calling the phone number that was listed XXX-XXX-XXXX numerous times and I've left voice messages with my contact/ordering info but no response was receivedI also emailed them on May 25th(copied email follows)(" I placed an order a week ago and it's still showing "awaiting fulfillment " can you tell me when / if this order will ship so that I will know what to do on my end?
