I had contacted this company to install hot water heater. I was given a quote for $1100.00 to install the heater including the heater. I was happy with the price and requested them to install the hot water heater. Next morning two gentlemen showed up my house for installation. I asked them to provide me the permit as they are installing as we discussed over the call. The guy told me Mohammad, who is the owner will stop by and give the permit. The installation was complete but owner did not show up and asked me to pay the payment and permit will be taken care of. I asked them to sign on the paper, which we discussed, and they signed the paper which says, this company has installed 10 year warranty heater and responsible for permit and feee.
It has been over 2 weeks now and this guys is asking me to pay cash money on top of everything and he is still not helping with the permit.
Also, I have noticed, they were using my tool for some reason and now is missing. Without asking, they used the bath towels and ruined them.
King Soliman and Son LLC has directly resolved the complaint with our customer. The hot water heater installed comes with a 6 year warranty from the manufacturer with the option for an extended 4 year warranty that the customer requested and is going to pay to give the unit a total of a 10 year warranty from the manufacturer. To please our customer, we agreed to pay the permit fee and move the process along. We are continuing to follow up with Mr. to ensure he is left in good and trusting hands and to ensure that his concerns have been heard and met.
