King Solutions sincerely apologizes to Mr. [redacted] for the disappointing shipping experience he reported on March 16, 2017 to the Revdex.com. The occurrence of damage and misrouted freight is very rare at King Solutions (0.0009% of total shipments in 2016 had an associated OS&D claim) but when this does...

occur it is disappointing for all parties involved, most especially for the customer receiving it. We understand the inconvenience of these experiences. Summary of action items associated with the shipment:·        Mr. [redacted] purchased the unit from one of King Solutions’ customers. ·        The company selling the unit to Mr. [redacted], not King Solutions, handled all payments and invoicing with Mr. [redacted]. This includes shipping expense. ·        Upon receiving the shipment information, King Solutions tendered the shipment to a carrier who could ship the unit from Minnesota to North Carolina.·        The unit was misrouted to Georgia, delaying the initial delivery by one day.·        Damage was noted upon delivery to Mr. [redacted] along with a missing crate.·        The missing crate was located two days after initial delivery, customer picked up the crate from the local terminal.·        The damaged piece was replaced, replacement piece is waiting for Mr. [redacted] to pick it up at his local terminal. ·        As of 3/31/17, the unit has not been picked up by Mr. [redacted]. ·        A freight claim has not been filed with King Solutions; however, we have consistently supported Mr. [redacted] and the company he purchased the unit from to ensure resolution.  Handling of invoicing and payment:·        King Solutions is not withholding any expense paid by Mr. [redacted]. ·        All billing and payments associated with Mr. [redacted]’ order were handled by the company selling the unit. Summary of communication:·        Upon notification of the damage and missing piece both King Solutions and our customer were communicating with Mr. [redacted].·        Our customer received no response to an email sent to Mr. [redacted] on 03/16/17 regarding sending a replacement piece for the damaged unit.·        King Solutions attempted to contact Mr. [redacted] on three occurrences (twice on 03/20/2017, and again on 03/22/2017) and received no response. The communication was to inform him of the ETA of the replacement piece and to assist in making arrangements for pick-up from the local terminal.·        A recent communication sent from King Solutions to Mr. [redacted] included a BOL for the driver picking up the damaged piece to be returned. ·        As of 3/31/17 Mr. [redacted] has not returned the damaged piece to the local terminal nor has King Solutions received a response to our emails.  ·        King Solutions will continue to communicate and monitor the situation until resolved.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is one form of conclusion.  They are simply a middle man and accept no responsibility.  Their statements make me sound like I am running a business rather than being a customer.The replacement part (500lbs) is being picked up and delivered today.  Advantage Lift has accepted all responsibility in this matter and worked with me on solutions.  King Solutions did not.
