Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 8, 2017/04/27) */ Contact Name and Title: [redacted] , Owner Contact Phone: XXX-XXX-XXXX Contact Email: [redacted] @gmail.com I am sorry that it has came to this when I have offered several times to help the best I couldI was not rude about a thing until I started getting talked to rudeWe offered several times to reschedule your appointment and did several times before this matter happened but you guys always cancelled or something came upI informed you guys every time that I cannot push the appointment any longer because there is a time frame that the maintenance has to be done by and you told me you did not care and that to void the warrantyYour wife also was informed of this in a polite matter and she took to Facebook saying that she just did not feel like coming to the appointment and that she is not going to be told what she has to do and whenI can only do so much for herI cannot push back a warranty past its deadline date so I told her she has to get it done by that date or the warranty would be voided and that is when you told me that you did not care and to void it out because you are no longer coming hereAll because your wife did not like being told when she had to get this done byThat is my job is to inform my customers the deadlines of time sensitive services like this that come with a warrantyIt is not my issues that your wife does not like being told she has to do somethingI never said it in a rude wayI was polite and just let her know she had to do it within the next week or it would be voidAlso, when we LET YOU MAKE PAYMENTS to us on your ceramic coating, we were all in agreement that you knew you had to come in every months to get the maintenance done or the warranty would be voidWe were also in agreement that we do not issue refunds and you both said there would never be a need for that because you love the product and service and the flexibility that we let you make payments whenever you couldWe have helped you out the best we canWhen your wife did not have money to get washes done or interior cleaning of lice done, I was there to offer our services for a far cheaper rate than it would have been for any other customer because we were kind of friends and have mutual friendsI have handled this the best of my ability and you guys are still more than welcome to come here to get anything you may need doneI can look into opening back up your warranty but I cannot guarantee the manufacturer will let me do such a thing since it is past the deadlineI am willing to still help you but we do not issue refunds and cannot issue refundsWe can service your vehicle if there was a problem with something we did but cannot issue a refund for this service because there is nothing wrong with the service we did for youYou chose to not come to your appointment knowing the warranty would be voided and told us to void the warrantyHope this helps and gives you some insightHave a great day and let us know if you need anythingThank you
