I purchased a new air conditioning system from this merchant on June for installation at my tenant property at [redacted] ** While the installation was successful, the merchant has never removed the old air conditioner from the property even after repeated requests to do so The purchase price paid for the new air conditioner and installation included the disposal of the old air conditioner but this merchant has not returned to pick up the old air conditioner This needs to happen before the job can be considered finished

On 9/14/I paid $for a furnace maintenance planAfter the technician came to my house, it was determined that I should purchase a new furnaceI advised the company that I choose a different vendor to install the new furnace and that I would like a refund for the maintenance plan since they would not be providing the serviceI agreed to pay the $trip chargeI was told by the woman who answers the phone that they were not able to apply the credit to my original credit card but that she would send a check in a week for the $refundI have not received a refund and I have called them three times, left a message on their website and now mailed a letterThey never answer their phone and they have not contacted me in any way
In response to complaint ID#[redacted] from [redacted] there was a central that was mistakenly left behind by one of our field techs in addition to that within the next three day there was a order to pick up the unit it has been obtained
