To who this may concern:Mr*** did come into our business on the date he statedI went to our camera to see and hear the transactionActually we could not patch his tire because it was wet on the inside of the tire, so we had to plug it because a patch will not sick to a wet surface.We are
not sure of what happened to the tire when the customer left but we warranty all work done here as stated on the customer's receipt.So we are only liable for the work that was doneWe will refund him $32.00.I enclosed a check for $We appreciate his business and your help in resolving this matter.Sincerely,*** ***ML King Tire Co Inc

I am rejecting this response because: I was not given the option to take my tire somewhere else to get it patched or purchase another tire there is damage to my vehicle due to the blown tire I strongly feel that if I was informed of the issue with my tire I would purchase a new one
