King trailer sales

I purchased a camper 1/1/2020 and I knew there was visible hail damage. Was not ever told that the camper had a rebuilt title nor did I sign a as is no warranty paper. The camper is a 2019 so I assumed it was under warranty and also assumed that the title was a regular title. She never disclosed to my bank in the deal sheet or did I sign a disclosure agreement saying I was aware. I went to the department of motor vehicle in Virginia to have it titled and they told me it was a rebuilt title and had to have paper work sent to Richmond. Called my bank to ask if they are aware of title and they said no and since it was they jumped my interest rate up. If I or the bank was aware of the title problem the bank would have never financed the money and I wouldn't have purchased a 2019 camper with no warranty! I've tried asking her to return the money and I would give her the camper or trade this for one with a good title! She refused. Seeing that I never signed a disclosure agreement and she never sent this info to the bank nor did I sign a as is no warranty I would like to file a complaint and resolve this issue.
