Did not repair tv and did not give refund.On dec 16 I took my telivision to kings tv buisness and asked them if you could fix my telivision and they said yes. They charged me 70 dollars in cash to get started on it and it would go towards the cost of fixing my telivision. After calling them every other day they keeped telling me they found the problem and had ordered the part. two weeks into it they told me they could not fix it due to the part not getting there. they said they should be able to get it fixed in three days. I called on the third week and they said they were not able to fix it cause they could not get a hold of the part. I asked them to give me the money back because they said the money would go to the coast of them fixing it and they did not fix it. They refused to give me my money back and I went to pick up my telivision. I was with out a telivison for three weeks. Once I picked up my telivision the man said " those types of telivision are hard to fix and we dont really touch them". I asked him why did you guys not tell me when I called you guys the first time.... They were fast on taking my money knowing they could not fix the telivision.Desired Settlementi would like my money back because they did not fix it and left me with out a teliveion for three weeks.. I ended up paying 240 dollards to get it fixed at another loacation.. it took them one day to fix it.
