King Vinyl Fence

I purchased a fencing installation from King Vinyl Fence, which goes through [redacted]. This was on June 18 2013. The vinyl fence product he uses is Activeyards fencing. Installation went in fine but his two workers hit a sprinkler line with a pick accidentally and he did fix the hole in the line. The issue I noticed towards the end of summer is on three frame rails on my two gates, the screws securing the hardware to the rail were driven in too tight and cracked the rails.I brought this to [redacted] attention and he agreed that's what happened and AGREED to replace the rails. Some times goes by and by now it is nearly winter and he tells me he will have to wait until next spring and will get back with me then. so spring 2014 rolls by, no contact from [redacted]. I have to contact him and he actually tells me he "doesn't want to order product just to fix my rails and is waiting until he gets more orders for the product in my color". so right there he basically tells me THE CUSTOMER that he doesn't want to spend the money to fix a mistake made BY HIS PEOPLE. so more weeks go by. My neighbor also wants the same fencing and color I have so that our yards match, only he wants to install it himself, so my neighbor is going to order vinyl fence through [redacted]. I call [redacted] again and now the excuse is he is waiting on my neighbor to buy his fencing so that he will have the product and so he will only have to make one trip. I agree to this now THIRD dodging of fixing my fence. so more time rolls by and now my neighbor has his fencing and has been putting it up. NO call from [redacted]. I call him AGAIN and ask hey my neighbor has his fencing now soooo why haven't you come to fix mine yet? I get A FOURTH excuse now, he says that he is waiting to build a gate for my neighbor and once my neighbor has him build the gate, he will come install his gate and fix my fence. me being the nice, tolerant and EXTREMELY patient person I am agreed to this. A few more weeks go by and today, August 29 2014, I called and left a message asking him to come fix my fence and that I was tired of waiting. He TEXTS me back, HIGHLY unprofessional for a matter such as this. Here is the conversation via texts before I called him today.[redacted](Hey [redacted] I would have been with customers all day. Have you heard from your neighbor if he's ready for a gate? me(I don't care if he is ready or not i'm tired of waiting on you to come fix what you promised to do LAST year. Come fix the cracked from rails and replace the panel with the hole which I will pay for.) [redacted](why dont you talk to your neighbor and find out what he's up to.) At this point im **rious. I call him again and this time he answers. I do my best to convey my frustration/anger. he asks me what my neighbors status with this gate is and I say I dont care about what you have with my neighbor and it shouldn't matter. I also said " I didnt know that my neighbor ran your [redacted] business for you". at this point he became angry at me and reminded me that the gate still works and I said yes but thats not the point, you said you would fix it and he says yes I did. I reply ok then why does it take OVER A YEAR to do so? he reminds me of the agreement that he was going to wait on my neighbors gate. I say again very angrily that I dont care about my neighbor and he hes nothing to do with you coming to fix my fence. he then THREATENED to NOT come fix the rails HE messed up and also to NOT replace the broken panel THAT I was going to pay him for. He also reminded me that I CANNOT get the fencing anywhere else but through him or as he told me "NOT A [redacted] PLACE ELSE". he then said he will put me on the "agenda" and hung up on me. IVE BEEN ON THE AGENDA SINCE JUNE 2013. now I may have come off a little strong when I called, but I feel that I have been MORE than patient enough with him. completely unprofessional conduct by a BUSINESS OWNER. If you were counting it was 4 reasons he used to not come fix my fence in a timely manner. He is purely trying put off taking the time and his money to fix his mistakes, pure and simple. So if he indeed denies me to PAY HIM for 1 panel, he is also denying business to ACTIVEYARDS fencing who makes the fence, I will be contacting them directly and have also contacted home depot, which he does contracting through. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIS COMPANY AT ALL. I will post again if and when he fixes my fence.
