I paid for a car that included the price of 2 key fobs. They only gave me one and they are not giving me full credit towards buying one or giving me a refund for the key fob that I paid for, but did not receive. These keys are about $700. The dealership refuses to keep their promise. They also sold me a car that failed PA inspection after 2 weeks of buying the car. This will cost me another $700. They are also deleting negative reviews and comments on their Facebook page, which is falsifying their overall rating and perspective of the customer.

I've not seen any resolution to complaint #[redacted].  The dealer indicated that they would send the amount due to us.  Please let me know the status ASAP.  I retracted my complaint with the States Attorney General of Maryland against Kings Volkswagen as a result of the Revdex.com last email to us and the letter from dealer that was posted on your site.  The Revdex.com site indicated that there was nothing for us to do at this time.
