I had trucks tinted there, and the cut lines look like a 2nd grader did it with a hack saw They fixed that, then I had to bring back because of bubbles under tint, and they said it was because of dirt under tint and that wasn't there faultThey said that the sill held dirt, and they couldn't clean it good enough???? Like its magic or something?? Even though they got THAT part right the 1st timeI walked out of there, and will never use againI know have trucks I have to pay someone else to remove tint on and re-tint Anyone who uses crappy excuses like that to explain poor workmanship is someone to stay far away from

We told *** that if we tore her seat we would fix it. We asked her to send a picture of the tear so we could see it and she stated she could but she didn't think it would show up in a picture because it was so small. We asked her to send it anyway and when she did we had to zoom
way in to find that the tear she was explaining was a stitch that had ripped out, not a tear as she stated. This is a manufacturer issue not anything we did. She wasn't even completely sure if it was there prior to us.We take warranties serious and fix any problem that we are guilty of. This is definitely not something we did

our shop we would undoubtably show her that she probably took a rock to the windshield and we'd be happy to file a new claim and get it replaced We stand behind our warrantees 100%, that is why we Arizona's #choice for windshield replacement Arizona is considered the windshield capital of the U.Sfor a reason, windshields break very often If you're a daily driver you did good to go months before getting damaged again Lastly, King Windshields only uses OEM glass that is approved by your insurance company so to falsely claim we use inferior glass is absurd
Finally a professional autoglass company! Living in AZ my whole life I have dealt with many auto glass companies. I was referred to King from a friend who had a great auto glass and tint experience. All of the positive reviews I've read are very accurate as this is the most professional auto glass compancompany I have ever dealt with. They are professional, timely and extremely knowledgeable as I have been in the automotive industry my whole adult life and know a real technician when I meet them. I have since referred a few other people and they all have the same opinion. I am very pleased with King as they have made many life long customers.
King was awesome. They were on time, very friendly and did a nice job on my car. Its no wonder they're just about the only autoglass company I hear about these days. Thank you King, you're awesome!
I called King windshield to get my windshield replaced. They came to my job and put In a new windshield. When I drove home I could hear the wind blowing through the windshield. I got home and called for them to come fix it, but had to schedule a time for them to come back out. Then they called me back 5 minutes later and told me instead of coming out 2 days later it would be another week out. So I waited a week they came back out to repair the windshield where the wind was blowing. After the repair I drove home and once again the wind was blowing through my windshield but this time through multiple areas. I waited the entire weekend for the glue to dry like I was told and then called back and told them about the problem. Once again I have to schedule a few days out for them to come back and try to fix my windshield again. This is very unacceptable.

They were polite, honest, on time, did a professional job on my car, answered all my questions, were very knowledgeable and took care of all my needs. They gave me an amazing 1 hour window which they guarantee and they were right on time. The last company gave me a 4 hour window and came in the 3rd hour....who has time for that in these modern times?! King, don't change a thing, you are def a company that will take this industry over. Did a much better job then all other companies I've dealt with including crappy Safelite who did 2 shotty jobs on mine and my wife's car that took for ever to complete and was barely satisfactory considering the end result (this is who my insurance recommended).
