thank yousorry for this inconvenience but if you bring a phone with craked screen we are responsable only for the part that we work on..if you are not happy with our service we just remove our parts and give you money back..if you have any other issues with your phone like camera or charging port or any other issues we can fix it but at your own expensivesnow if you said your camera is not working and is not charging you can ask a replacement from apple care we called defective phone

My phone was in perfect condition when I went into King Wireless. Everything internally was working.  I only had a crack in my screen.  In fact, the camera on the phone was checked before the screen was repaired.  The lady at the counter noticed it was not working when I left. They check the phone prior and after to make sure the customer does not complain like I am.  They still refused to do anything to fix it.  I signed nothing saying I am responsible if the phone is damaged with replacement of a new screen. I did not have apple care to fix my phone and therefore had to purchase a new one.  I am requesting payment for the new phone like I originally asked.
