I am rejecting this response because: The intial quote for repairs of the brake system, replacement of the water pump and spark plugs was $It was not until the owner called to tell me that my vehicle was almost completed, but that they were waiting for the correct thermostat and housing that they had incorrectly ordered that she made me aware of the $billWhen I questioned how the bill went from $to $a satisfactory explanation was never provided. When I went to pick up the vehicle I again asked why the bill had jumped by $and again was never given a satisfactory explanationThe initial quote for repair of the vehicle was inclusive of brakes, water pump replacement and spark plugs and at no time was any authorization given to approve any funds beyond the initial quote of $1095. It was at the point that she advised me that it was $that I was not in a position to say no as she had my vehicle, and she left me no other option but to pay the total bill

The first I was informed of an Oil leak problem was approximately 3-weeks ago when the Customer sent his wife in to the Shop, claiming there was an Oil leakI told her I would think about working on said VehicleI called her back that night and told her the Shop would not work on any Vehicle belonging to her family, due to her husband's abusive behavior toward my staff and meThis Shop does not condone abuse, nor will I subject my employees to more abuse

this is clearly depicted in the attached documents.Mr*** received from this shop a free
paint job (at the body shop of his choice) on the front portion of
his vehicle, after accusing this shop of cracking the paint on the
Front Air DamSaid paint job cost this shop $After said paint job was completed, he called claiming
another portion of his vehicle was damaged by this shop and should
also be painted on our dimeI refused further paint jobsMr*** was verbally abusive to the
manager and the ownerMr*** placed defaming remarks on
customer review websites regarding this shop and its ownerThe manager received multiple harassing calls and text messages and told him more than once to stop calling her personal phoneMr*** sent the
owner text messages (that have been saved for legal purposes)
defaming her personal character, and with reference to Jesus
Christ sending her to HellWe attempted to work with Mr***
for several weeks after our services were completedNow that six
months and an unknown number of miles have passed, Mr*** is
