I bought a Grand Prix on November When I test drove it I asked questions about the transmission and if there were issues because it seemed like it was slippingThey said it might just need transmission fluidThey did something to the car and it was working fineThey promised me if it did lead to the transmission they would fix it no chargeI called around the or and told them that it was having issues again, they told me to bring it in when I paid my next payment and they would look at itAbout the the car stopped on meI called the company and they towed the car back to themThey told me I needed a new transmission and I would have to pay $to get it fixedI talked to ***I told him they promised me if it was an issue with the transmission that they would fix it [redacted] didn't say anything helpfulI asked to speak to a manager or owner and he wouldn't let me

On March I purchased a car from King Auto SalesI smelled gas shortly after getting the car and informed the dealerThey took the car in for repairs adn returned it to me on April 1stI started to smell gas again a short time later and was on my way to take the car back to them for repairs on April 11th but the car caught fire and burned up my engineOn April the car was towed to the dealerNow the dealer is requiring I pay an additional $1,to get another car

I purchased a vehicle November and because of problems traded it for a Chevrolet Tahoe. I was pulled over by police because the the wrong license plates were on the Tahoe and it was impoundedI called King's Auto to explain what happened and you got it out of towHowever,  I am being told I have to pay $to get the Tahoe backI should not have to pay any fees because you provided the plates

When I purchased my car from this dealership, they provided a sales receipt for me that indicated there were three things that needed to be fixed: a modulator door for the AC, the power windows and control traction light/hub They agreed that they would fix those things as I paid for the car Two of the three things were fixed But when I contacted them they changed their minds, saying that they wouldn't fix the third issue It was the wheel hubThursday, 5/I told them that I would be in Friday, June with two payments and then they repossessed the car today 5/When I called to inquire about the car, they told that it would now cost $ That's not what we agreed to

I bought a Alero on November for 3400, we put downA couple weeks after we purchased it the fuel pump went outWe had to pay to get that issue repairedWe took it back on December because the car kept cutting off on usThey believe it is the computer in the vehicleThey state they took it to a shop to get repaired, but we haven't heard anythingThe company has been rude since we gave them our moneyThe way they talk to us it seems like they want us to pay for the repairs

I bought a Monte Carlo December 13, I paid them $for the carSomething in the console looked like an issueThey claimed to has looked at it and they said it was fineThe next day the check engine light came on, and I called the guy that sold me the car told me to being the car backWhen I brought it back they claimed the people that fix the cars weren't thereThe car stopped on my on my way homeThe car kept over heating also, and there was gunk in my radiatorI only had the car for two daysI should not have to go half on a car to get fix that I only had for daysThey told me anything that was wrong with the car before I bought it they would fix itThe car has not been working since that dayI took it to them to get it fixed and it has been in their possession sinceI should not have to pay to get this car fixedThey will not let me speak to the ownerI do not want to pay half to get the car fix

I bought a Chrysler Pacifica 5/24/with the knowledge that the Osensor needed to be fixed and the dealership said that they would repair At the time that I needed to bring it in I still owed some of the downpayment I had a day repair warranty with them Once they had car to fix, they said the rear end was messed up which is going to cost $ I still had these repairs as well as car payments to pay I have had tire blow outs and had to use donut tire which King's says caused problem with rear of car I have had to pay for most of the repairs since they put me off and I have been without a car which causes problems for my job They have a very poor attitude in keeping their end of the business deal in fixing my car I have already spent $and I still need the title for the vehicle to register and get the plates for the car

On 02/05/I gave this company $down to purchase a Chevy Impala They told me because I have an Illinois address I needed an additional $downI told them then to use my address in MissouriI didn't have the $to give them at this time I gave them $on 02-12-and they told me to return on 02-20-with the rest of the moneyI was able to take the car home with meOn 02-15-the vehicle was repossessedSomeone told them I did not have a job and I would not be able to pay my monthly car note I called them and they are telling me I need $to get it back When I applied for this car they never asked me if I had a job or a copy of my pay stub

I purchased a Infiniti QXin October from King's Auto Beginning of November, I had problems with it I needed to have fixed the fly wheel and starter King's Auto said that they would do the work I was charged $for a new fly wheel and starter I asked for the receipts and to show that actual new parts were purchased for the car I have been paying my car note on time every month However, I found out that they have been applying my car payments to the cost of repairs I had made separate arrangements for the repairs of $and then $per car note payment (which is $per month) until the repairs were paid off They repo'd my car and I had to pay another $to get my car back

February I went to this shop to look at a car at this business priced for 9,I was told by *** *** that I could make payments on the Chrysler Pacifica and could pick it up once balance was paid in fullI made payments with this company and was to make the finale payment on April 3, I called weeks prior to insure that they were doing the maintenance we agreed on beforeI showed up to pick the car up on April 3,and was told they had sold the carThey said I could find another car of like value, I do not want any other vehicle and I do not want to do business with this company

Two week ago I purchased a Pontiac Gform this company I paid $down and two or three days later I gave them an additional $ This was the total amount they wanted for a down payment My car payment is due on 09-02-for $ On 08-21-they repossessed my car stating I still owed them $ I have a receipt for the additional $I paid them, but it is in the car They will not allow me to get the receipt out of the car as they say I have to turn the car over to them

I purchased a Chevrolet Monti Carlo SS days agoIt over heated and I took it to a repair shop and the mechanic said the radiator was bad and the head gasket may have blownI called and you picked it up yesterday, February 27, I called the next day for a status of the problem and was told the mechanic was not inI need a car for transportation to work
