KING'S AUTOMOTIVE

I offered for them to bring the car in here so I could take a look at it. I looked at the upper ball joints and control arms and she was saying she needed lowers replaced. I offered to help. It is the customer's responsibility to keep their receipt but they never came up here

I am rejecting this response because: he never offered to look at car he was suppose to do the uppers and he didn't Since when does a company not have a copy of reciotWhen I asked him what he did he said lower until I said I had to replace them then he said uppers which I had to have replaced, if he didnt do the work the first time but charged me why would I trust him to be truthful about doing them againHE OWES ME MONEY
