This customer received the items, and also received a full refund through [redacted] Customer emailed me and said she didn't recieve the itemsI responded and asked her to send me her address info so I can check where it was shipped toShe decided to file a [redacted] disputeI submitted the tracking info (attachment 1) to [redacted] , and proved to them the order was delivered so I won the [redacted] dispute (attachment 2)The buyer then filed another [redacted] dispute saying she received the items but didn't want them [redacted] issued the buyer a full refund for this (attachment 3)I have gone out of my way to help this person, this was an obvious attempt to get something free of charge from my business (which she did)Tracking shows it was delivered, and the customer got a full refund from [redacted]
