Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I did not receive issuesI only received ONE Jan/Feb issueThe first one they said they sent never arrived in my mail box. I got the replacement issue on Jan15th 2016. I Never received the Mar/April issue at allThey said they mailed it on March 6, 2016. I called them on or about the 10thThey did not send me another issue. So where are they saying that they sent me issues twice??? I paid $for six (6) issues and have only rec'd the one. If you divide X you get per issue, So therefore, technically I should get a full refund, but I will take the $refund. The money is not the real issue here, it is the fact that they don't deliver their product in a timely manner. and when you don't receive the product they make excuses, as to why it was not rec'd,I can get mail from Texas in days, where it takes them days to mail from the valley. Something is wrong with this. They blame the postal service, which I know is really poor here in Spokane, but they can't use that as an excuse.
I trust that you will handle this issue and solve it somehow. Let me know that is decided

Nostalgia Magazine's Inland Northwest Edition is published six times per year, and we send our magazines via USPSWe do not guarantee magazines by the first of the month, nor have we everMagazines generally get delivered within the first week of the month of issueUSPS sometimes does not get all
copies to all customers on the first mailing, and we have always sent out an additional copy to customers who don't receive their ordered magazine free of charge, as we did with *** order twice (once in January, once in March)This was not satisfactory for her, and when she called to discuss it in March, she became angry and disconnected before we could resolve the issue.As of Apr 4, we have refunded the balance of her subscription ($/ = $2.49, and she was sent two issues (twice), and so we have refunded $9.96).Thank you,Garrin H***Publisher, Nostalgia Magazine
