do offer session packages, which are valid for months from date of purchase, but at a higher price than our 7-day membershipPer our point-of-sale software, there are memberships and packages; memberships, by definition, are valid for a consecutive period of time (one week, days, days, etc.) within which a client can tan daily if they choosePackages are individual tans which are only limited by an expiration date set some time in the future.The client in question purchased the 7-day membership, valid for consecutive days, he did NOT purchase sessionsIn fact, we do not, nor have we ever, offered a session packageOn the day the client came in to attempt to utilize his expired membership, our employee notified us and we asked to speak to him to attempt to clarify and to offer him a compromiseHowever, he refused to speak to us or our employee further, and simply stated as he left that he was just going to file a complaint with the Revdex.comIn addition, his disputed amount on his complaint includes his purchase of not only his membership, but product sales as well, which he has already used, besides which it is store policy that all sales are final, and this policy is printed on every sales receiptWe do make accommodations for emergencies and if equipment malfunctions, but this is the exception.We have attached the client’s account history and a copy of his receipt from the date of purchase, showing what he purchased, when he purchased it, and how much he purchased it for (a 7-day consecutive membership, on July 3rd, 2017, for $plus tax)Also attached, is a copy of our menu at the time his purchase was madePlease let us know if you need any more informationThank you.Sincerely,*** * *** ***
