Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because:
1) Elmer provided an estimate of the cost for repairs totaling $684, which included his professional research of the price of the parts requiredMy decision to proceed with the repairs was based on Elmer's expertise
and knowledge in providing an accurate estimate for repairs performed by King's for its customers2) As previously stated, documents were signed and bill was paid in order to gain possession of my car keys I would not leave my vehicle in the possession of a shop I consider to be dishonest, pure and simple3) My experience with other repair shops is that they provide an accurate estimate prior to the work being started and if the price differs from that estimate during the process, the shop gets prior approval from the customer for the increaseI did not give prior approval for this increase4) My credit card company (credit union actually) communicated with me via private, online messages only after I provided my login and passwordElmer did not communicate the credit card company's information to me and therefore does not know what the credit card company told me
5) A Revdex.com company should be honest with their customers, should provide an honest estimate of costs prior to the work being started, and should stick to the agreed upon estimate once work is completed, especially when parts are in-stock and readily available locally for the repairs being madeThe estimate from Elmer was $and the final bill, for the same parts, labor and work performed was $1,This is dishonest business, pure and simple in my book Providing an invoice showing an amazing parts maof 90% certainly does not provide reassurance otherwise

This car is a BMW all of this vehicles required "Full Synthetic Oil" and this is based on manufacture specificationsCustomer was informed before performing the oil change, we are also sure that dealer made customer aware that the car requires synthetic oilOur Groupon campaign it
