Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 8, 2015/08/03) */ I am not sure how to respond to this, since I do not want to make this case any worst than it has beenI just want to state my side of the story and be done with itLike I told [redacted] over the phone that we king's wok were the one who called "911" and reported that there were a group customers eating here for like an hour long and made a mess, after they were hand it a bill, they responded poorly and took out their camera start it taking pictures of our foods and making a fuss about how there is hairs in the chicken wings so for, and saying they are not going to paid for the foods and will be leavingMy co-worker were responding to them that they cant do that, my co-workers wouldnt let them walk out/leave because they havent paid, she was willing to give a discount but just not a full free meals after they eat the foods for like a hour and make a huge messmy co-worker was feeling very disrespected and discriminated against because she did not speak proper english and the customers were trying to take advantage of thatAt the moment we also we other customers around at the time, the customers try to make a big scene of the situation and public disturbing the restaurant, so when my co-workers told me about it, I told her, I will call and report it and have the police offers come over to handle the situationOfficer Ben [redacted] showed up shortly, he talked to my customers that has witness the situation, officer were shown the foods that the customers claimed that has over hairs in it, which the officer did not see it, officer had the customers paid, and they left very unhappilyThat was itThe customers even claimed that my co-worker assaulted them, which it is not the case at all, you can call the police depart at litchfield minnesota [redacted] and asked about the case, Ben [redacted] is the leading officer of the caseLike I stated above I just want my side of the story out, and be over with it, as a small business owner we only here to server whats best for our customers and not make a scene of it, the only reason I reported to the police not because they want it a free meal, it was because they were discriminating and mistreating my co-workerAnyway I hope we can solved this case, and hope no hard feeling towards each others, we would happy to serve them again if they still feel like we can offer the foods they like Thanks
