Thank you for informing me of my customer's issues and concerns about the vehicle she had recently purchased Since her letter to you, on 01/20/2018, the customer has come into the dealership and has informed our service department of her concerns she is experiencing We then have repaired the issues and the customer is satisfied and driving her new vehicle I do apologize for the timing issues and frustration created by the vehicle and hope to gain her understanding and faith in our company by trying to excel in future service and communication between us Again, thank you and have a great day!

There will be no comment on this matter, as we have already addressed this issue with the customer and the appropriate persons who can provide the most appropriate resolution.  We have emailed the customer two different etags on different dates per her request to her email.   A resolution...
