RE: Revdex.com Case # [redacted] - [redacted] purchase of the: serif;">Mitsubishi Galant/VIN- [redacted] First of all, Kingdom Auto Sales is not a member of the Revdex.com We are only responding to this complaint out of kindness and professionalism Ms [redacted] purchased the vehicle from Kingdom Auto Sales on March 17, The vehicle was sold to her for $ She paid $2,which left a balance of $Arrangements were made and she was scheduled to return on April 1, to pay the balance She returned on April 5, and only paid $200.00, leaving a balance of $Again, she failed to pay the balance ($300.00) as agreed upon by the dealership and Ms***As part of the contractual agreement; Ms [redacted] agreed to pay her taxes on the vehicle to the dealership Kingdom Auto Sales would then process the payment on the taxes, submit the documents to the state for processing, then Ms [redacted] would have been able to purchase the tag for her vehicle (because the system would then reflect the information on the vehicle as being purchased by Ms***)We could not complete this process without the payment on the taxesConsequently, she had the balance of $plus the taxes $to complete the purchase of the above vehicle She never returned Kingdom Auto Sales made several attempts to reach out to Ms [redacted] beginning the week of April 11, We called her continuously once a week and expressed the importance of completing the purchase of the vehicle She always had reasons and excuses for not coming in to fulfill the purchase agreement One of the main reasons she expressed to the dealership was she did not have the money The dates Ms [redacted] have listed as having talked with Kingdom Auto Sales was she returning calls to the car lot after we have called her Since the dealership was unsuccessful in connecting with Ms [redacted] to pay the amount due and close out the account, the manager added late fees to her account It is the company’s policy to add late charges to the balance on any account that have not met their contractual responsibility This was shared with the customer Kingdom Auto Sales has done everything within our power to satisfy the customer; it was left with Ms [redacted] to complete her responsibility on the purchase on the above vehicle as agreed upon Thank you

The vehicle was sold to her for $2300.00.  She paid $2,000 which left a balance of $300.00. Arrangements were made and she was scheduled to return on April 1, 2016 to pay the balance.  She returned on April 5, 2016 and only paid $200.00, leaving a balance of $100.00. Again, she failed to pay the balance ($300.00) as agreed upon by the dealership and Ms. [redacted]. As part of the contractual agreement; Ms. [redacted] agreed to pay her taxes on the vehicle to the dealership.  Kingdom Auto Sales would then process the payment on the taxes, submit the documents to the state for processing, then Ms. [redacted] would have been able to purchase the tag for her vehicle (because the system would then reflect the information on the vehicle as being purchased by Ms. [redacted]). We could not complete this process without the payment on the taxes.
