I was sold a vehicle from a dealer from this location that stopped working after 10days of me driving My name is [redacted] I purchased a vehicle (Chrysler PT Cruiser) from a dealer named Keith Clanton from Kingdom Automotive Group in Michigan City IN dealer #XXXXXXX on 8-11-For the amount of [redacted] using Chase Quickpay appI purchased plates for the vehicle on 8-13-for the amount of [redacted] I drove the vehicle from 8/13/17-8/22/(days) and I started to experience an issue on 8/23/the car just cut off on me in the middle of me driving home from workI had to have the vehicle towed for [redacted] to my homeI contacted dealer that same day and he said that he would look into itOn 8/25/I was able to get the vehicle started and took it to auto zone to get the battery and alternator tested I was told I needed a new battery so I purchased one for [redacted] with a [redacted] installation feeI drove the car shortly before a few hrs later the same issue occurred it
I purchased a vehicle from this dealer back in January of The car broke down (engine failure) in July of The warranty company is not going to cover repairs to the car after a diagnostics was done and revealed that the previous owner had put the wrong oil in the engine and the vehicle had been in an accident prior to my purchase causing the airbags to have been deployedI need helpI would like to pursue the lemon law of Illinois to try resolve the issue
