Review: I purchased a [redacted] from Kingdom Automobile. I gave them $4500 to find a specific vehicle because I have a disabled child and I needed a certain vehicle to accommodate him his wheelchair and equipment.. While holding onto my money it took them over two months to provide this vehicle. Upon delivery of the vehicle it did not look like the same vehicle I was shown pictures of. The vehicles heat and defrost did not work, the check engine light came on the second day of having the vehicle. The inside locks did not work. The outside mirror on the driver side was broken and had another mirror glued on top of the mirror. I had the vehicle checked out the Monday after deliver from the [redacted] dealerships which came back reading 35 codes. I reached out to Kingdom Automobile letting them know of all the issues I was having with the vehicle. They stated they would take care of everything and then after a day or two just stopped responding at all to my phone calls or texts. [redacted] also said whomever they had to inspect the truck did it illegally because it should have never passed with the heat and defrost not working and the mirror on top of a mirror being glue on the passenger outside mirror.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is for them to pay for the issues that are going on with the truck that they agreed they would. EX... check engine light, heat and defrost, the inside locks, replacing the outside passagner mirror, and the TV frame inside the vehicle.
