I hired Kingdom Builders to build a deck for my house. We agreed on the basic parameters of the job in July of 2014. For nearly 100 days they over promised and under delivered. At first phone calls were not returned but eventually emails were returned. But even those took days to receive.

After nearly four months of obfuscation and never following through on what was promised. And after my communication remained completely professional, I received an email from Kindgdom Builders stating that they would not have the time or man power to do my job.

After months of calmly asking for follow up and months of not using my new deck I received an email, not a phone call, telling me that they would simply not have the time to do the job.

I have saved all of my correspondence. And will happily provide it to anyone that leaves a comment and asks for the information.

I am rejecting this response because I sent a follow up email after receiving a direct email from Mr. C[redacted] (see attached) in which (a) he apologized (at least 3 times) for not responding to my requests for updates which is the crux of my frustration and basis for my original Revdex.com complaint.  Much of what he said in his official response to you counters what he provided me in his direct email of Oct. 7. Of most interest is his saying in his official response the  sink hole was only 3 inches. If that was the case, why would he have his workers dig up and replace  several feet of drainage pipes which by the way, per his workers, said were installed with the drainage holes upside down (not mentioned in Mr. C[redacted]'s letter). Concerning his statement that the playground was leveled by volunteers is not entirely true. We had a professional landscaper level the ground and it was done a second time by Hawaii Turfgrass prior to their installing sod and a sprinkler system. I felt in my 2nd response to Revdex.com, which I shared with Mr. C[redacted], I acknowledged that he had in fact helped us out in many ways and that I was open to meeting with him. With his response to you, I'm now unsure that such a meeting would be productive.

Review: I just had an addition put on that was completed in Aug. 2014. This winter I noticed the addition was very cold. It did not get above 60. I had to purchase heaters to put in the bedroom and bathroom. We called [redacted] (the owner) and he kept giving one excuse after another. Finally he said the plumber did something wrong, and he the plumber was too busy to come check. The thing is [redacted] didn't even come out to look at the problem, and after spending all that money why did I have to buy heaters. I even had to upgrade my heater to accommodate the addition. I just want my heat to work. I'm an older person and feel the cold.Desired Settlement: I would like the heat and air to work better.

I have been in business for over 35 years and this is the first person ever who has issued a complaint about me or my company. I have not ignored this issue with a heater that is not working properly, in fact this problem is the result of a poor judgment call on the part of a sub contractor I used to do this job that company's name is [redacted] plumbing and I called them all winter long with no response when March arrived I spoke agin with [redacted] and told Her I would have to pay another contractor to address and fix this problem she agreed but got inpatient and wrote this complaint. After receving this E Mail from the Revdex.com I called her and explained that since the weather had warmed up for the spring and summer I thought it would be better to wait till fall to address this heat situation but if she wanted me to fix it wright away I would she said she trusted me and would wait till the fall. I would apreciate if the Revdex.com would remove this complint since myself and mrs [redacted] have an agreement thank you for your understanding in this mattersinceerly,[redacted]owner operator of,,Kingdom Builders
