Once again they are not returning calls. I have reached out to the Michelle[redacted] at XXX-XXX-XXXX ext [redacted] as indicated in their response and nothing. I've called her twice since 4/29 practically begging her to call me back. I've inquired at our local BMV here and they say my only and next recourse is to take the company to small claims court which is my next move unless they decide to provide customer service and resolve this issue. It is ridiculous. I've never seen anything like and I've never been through anything so frustrating.

Even though I don't accept their proposed resolution. Please close out this inquiry. This process is proving to be a waste of time. They don't call me even though I keep supplying my phone number which I will do again, [redacted], and they need the basic training on customer service 101. This has just proven to be a horrible company, I can't save the world, and it'll be interesting to see how long they last without a lawsuit or a bad experience with a customer that is not as nice as I am. I'm sure someone will be so irate and upset with these folks that it won't be a good sight. I'm done with this and won't be responding any longer.

In the event Kingdom Chevrolet has already sold my vehicle (which last I checked it is posted for sale on their website) the value should be incorporated in Kingdom Chevrolet's proposal OR returned to me with my cash payment of $3,300.00. Ms. [redacted] brought her vehicle in on 2-27-18 for us to inspect a squeaking noise from the left front area on turns. Ms. [redacted] was given an estimate to repair the components causing the squeaking. Ms. [redacted] declined the needed repairs.Ms. [redacted] brought her vehicle in on 2-28-18 stating she had a...

fuel leak. Our technician determined the leak is coming from on top of the fuel tank. We cannot determine the exact cause of the leak without removing the tank as the tank is mounted to the underbody of the vehicle and the top is not visible. Ms. [redacted] declined for us to remove the tank to determine the cause of the leak.Ms. [redacted]'s vehicle is a 2008 Chevrolet Tahoe with over 147000 miles on it. The are different components on top of the fuel tank that could be leaking. Due to the vehicles age the leak could be cause by a rusted fuel line, rusted fuel tank, worn seals, fuel sending unit or fuel pump.I advised Ms. [redacted] that we did not cause the fuel leak from inspecting for the squeaking noise. Ms. [redacted] stated that she believed that we had lifted her vehicle on the fuel tank and caused the problem.I advised Ms. [redacted] that since she should seek another opinion from a professional technician. I am sure that another technician would agree that we have not caused the fuel leak.I am the Service Director for Kingdom Chevrolet and the manager in charge of the Service Department. I have full authority to make decisions for my department.
