HelloTo whom this many concernThis case was going back & forth with the credit card companies from both sides since July [redacted], this was my respond to [redacted]'s claim:"Regarding the respond from [redacted] to his dispute of the amount of $1,998 against us, [redacted] has 2 points that he is writing...

why he thinks that he is right by requesting back the amount of $1998, I will answer them 1 by 1 1. [redacted] is writing in his letter that the items that were shipped were the wrong size, NEVER IN HIS EMAIL DID HE EVER STATE THAT THE SIZE THAT "WE" SHIPPED WERE WRONG he clearly writes in his email (see attached #14, ) that HE made the mistake in the MEASUREMENT & thats why he is returning them he ONLY states that he wants to send them back to us "because it does NOT fit in the area where it was bought for" (please see attached #14) where arrowed & marked his own words via email & item#1283 he is returning because he didnt receive the 2nd pair of it & couldnt wait till we ship the 2nd pair to him. so the reason why he was returning the items was because of HIS measurement mistakes, this is clearly not our mistake by sending the wrong sizes to him, we shipped to him EXACTLY WHAT WAS ORDERED!!CONCLUSION: items are as described!2. [redacted] is writing in his letter that I agreed to accept the return & refund his the amount of $1998, but what [redacted] does NOT want you to see is what I clearly wrote in our agreement in the email (see attached #6) "this is ONLY if the items returned were NOT USED & still in its original packing & not damaged" so [redacted] agreed to this writing "So thats fine with the refund and of course I will continue to buy...etc" (see attached #6). but when it came to returning the items its missing major parts, its missing ALL of the packaging, & not in its original boxes see 1 by 1:ITEM# KL-6100, we received only the frame with 120 crystal balls just thrown in the box of which 40 of them are broken see attachment images #8 instead of 350 balls, I am willing to give him credit for this $175.ITEM# 1283 -R-R-L3, he ordered 2 pcs of which one piece we never shipped so for that 1 piece I am willing to credit him a total of $599.99, but for the 2nd piece its missing ALL of the packaging missing major parts, missing the canopy & alot of crystals, not returnable. (see attachment # 9).ITEM# 8002D22C, this item was just thrown in to the box without any of its original packaging missing ALL OF THE CRYSTAL BALLS 107 pcs, missing the chain,canopy & instruction manuals, not returnable. see attachment images #10ITEM# 8052D22C, the item was inserted in to a "shipping company" box which he bought most probably at a [redacted] store or [redacted] & inserted in to a large plastic bag, missing chain & canopy & All of the crystals, not returnable. (see attachment #11). Due to the condition to the above returned items it is not acceptable for a refund, I did notify [redacted] of the condition of the returned items above, & he advised us to "toss all three lights in the trash" (see attachment #12).CONCLUSION: [redacted] did not return the items in its original packaging, & its missing major parts.I will resend the images proving how it was returned to us [redacted] himself is admitting in his own words in the letter he sent to his bank "except for securing the box better when shipping it back to him" so he clearly writes that he did NOT send it back the same way it was shipped to him.I understand that [redacted] doesnt like to lose money, I gave him an offer to return the boxes to him that he shipped to us (see attached ) but we at kingdom lighting are not responsible for this lose by having to refund amount of $1998 & be stuck with unsellable Damaged items.CONCLUSION TO ALL THE ABOVE:i think that its just fare to say that I am willing to refund the following:$599.99 for the item that was never shipped $175 for the return of the the frame of ITEM# KL-6100 that was returned without the crystals.less the $400 discount that we gave him originally when placing the order due to the majority of the order being returned. so I feel that its fare to say that I should only be responsible for $375 & if he wants we can still ship back to him the returned boxes at our cost. no problem".when the dispute with him was settled within the banks they found me liable to the amount of $774.99 which was charged back & was refunded to [redacted]'s account, I think that that he is going over the limit & I would ask you to close this case ASAPthanksEliKingdom Lighting

Review: Kingdom lightning shipped me an order with missing parts and does not answer to any phone calls or respond emails. There is no other way to contact them to enquire about the missing parts.Desired Settlement: Ship me the missing items in full..

this is the reason why we didn't respond to his call during the "HOLY PASSOVER HOLIDAY", & right thereafter we spoke to our client & explained to him that this was the only reason why we didn't respond to his calls or emails, we ensured him that the missing crystals will be shipped within 2 days & indeed we shipped them to him today via USPS the tracking number is: [redacted] & he will receive them in 2 days from todays date
