Aug 1707:24a Kingdom Motors LLC ###-###-#### p18.30/2017Revdex.com,In response to the letter you sent to me in regards to a purchase made from the mentioned individual in your letterThe gentleman called and asked if I bought laptopsLater in the day he came in and I asked him if he was selling or pawning this itemHe stated that he was selling the laptopI told him that I would be interested in the laptop for $He said that would be fine because he really don’t use it anywaySo I filled out a buyerseller agreement that was filled out and signed by him(I sent you a copy of the contract)He then returned days later and came into my office telling me that he only was pawning his laptop and not selling itHe was being very rude and talking very disrespectful to me like I did something to himI stated to him that he is not going to speak to me in that way or will escort him out the doorHis mother then said to me that he got no receipt and that she will just let the police take care of it.' I said if he would like a copy of the agreement he could have one but they leftI believe that when his mother found out that he sold his laptop she was upsetSo to cover himself he came back in trying to say that he just pawned the item and wasn't selling itHe came back in and lied about the transaction instead of being truthful and not to mention rude!! I know that he was selling and wasn’t pawning the unit because I asked him about any personal info on the laptop and he stated that he already put the unit back to factory settingsNobody resets a laptop back to factory settings if they plan on pawning a laptop that they are going to pick up at a later dateBecause of him lying and having such a bad attitudenot to mention his mother being rude and disrespectful, I will not be returning any item back to himI bought this computer legally and followed all local and federal laws to purchase the itemHe and is mother need to learn how to act and treat others with respect.Thank You Robert M
