I told her I would have to have a portion of the deposit, non refundable, because I did not want to take the home off the market without a deposit She paid a deposit of $and later told me that she could not get a five bedroom house because her Section voucher was for a four bedroom home I told her that if her case worker was not going to allow her to get a five bedroom house that I could try to find her a four bed room house but I never heard back from her until this Revdex.com complaint She broke the deal from stand point that she could not accept the five bedroom house We never had an argument or a negative discussion We never had any conflict whatsoever so I am shocked to have a complaintShe never even one time asked for her deposit back so my assumption was she wanted me to locate a four bedroom home I was waiting on her to see which four bedroom she wanted I do not want this complaint on my business recordThe consumer never notified me there was a problem and I was waiting on her to get back to me I will reach out to this customer today

First let me say Mr*** is a wonderful man and great business owner, and in no way will I attack his character or his nameMr*** had one house here in the StLouis area that we were called upon to assist in making sure the property was taken care ofUnfortunately the house was located
in an extremely high crime rate area, and under went a number of vandalized situations during our oversightWe have put in A/C Units in times at that location and twice cages in which the cages were cut and removed to take the A/C UnitThe last time we put in the A/C unit a citation was given to us for not pulling a permit to put it in, even though it was stolen before we arrived at courtThe tenant that lived in the house at the time did express on a few occasions concerns with issues going on at the houseThose concerns were addressed and an inspector came out each time and passed the repairs madeSome repairs made was not even charged to the owner, but proof of passed inspections were documented and keptNow there was some other violations that occurred at the property that was kind of on-going, and some of those we addressed and at other times we were not able to addressThose violations were mainly failure to cut grass, and keep front and backyards cleanIt was always the tenants responsibility to cut the grass and keep the yard free of debrisOn a number of occasions we addressed these issues with the tenant and in some occasions, we cut the grass for the tenant even though it was not our responsibilityAs it relates to Rental Payments we received an email indicating that they received the last rental payments, but the payments were delayed because they had changed mailing addresses and were having problems with the mail getting to their new addressI have not received an email after this saying they feel we owe more rental paymentsNow they did try to add charges that we believe we are not responsible forAgain Mr***'s office did indicate that they wanted much more money from us than we believed we owedThe funds requested was for repairs that an outside contractor came in and said needed to be doneBeing in the Contracting business, I know that Contractors will come in and say that many unnecessary things need to be done to trump up businessThis particular house passed a mechanical inspection, building inspection, plumbing inspection, electrical inspection, and section inspection, so if an inspector passed it, how can a new contractor say it would not passAs it relates to the Deposit that they feel they were entitled to, I will personally send them that and if they say we owe for a cage, I can send them that but any other charges I don't believe we should have to payAgain I conclude with Mr*** is a great man and we hate that we did not perform to the level of his satisfactionWe do want to make sure that he is taken care of to the best of our ability, as long as it is not causing an undue hardship to usIf we justifiably owe him anything we want to pay it.Thank you *** ** ***
