Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I have been talking to Nancy, for the most part, at Tek pc solutions She and he associates are trying very hard to close my complaintI told them NOYesterday after speaking with Nancy at length I was assured my system would be up and runningThat was around noon timeThen, at 1:17pm I note a call on my phone from the Baton Rouge # [redacted] Initially, weeks ago the people duped me and said they were with Tek pc solutionsCoincidentally (or not) I did have trouble with my systemAnyway they did not help si I contacted tek pc solutions and after some lengthy discussion, Nancy told me it was a scam(exactly how she knew that I don't know)...That was the basis of my complaicomputer serveice and harassing phone calls from Baton RougeMy sytem SEEMS to be Ok for now, but I insisted I would not close my complaint with the Revdex.com until they could send me assurances, in writing, that the unwanted phone call will cease once and for allNancy agin, said the management was working on the problem and .they will let me know when the problem is resolvedI did not want a refund, at this point, because .what I have is good until .10-22- Regards, [redacted]

We have taken appropriate action as per our compliance policy.We are processing your both refund requests and refund you $400 + $150 as per the request made.
