HORRIBLE ORGANIZATION TO WORK WITH
DONT USE KINGDOM TRUST. KINGDOM TRUST CONTINUES TO SEND ME EMAILS INDICATING IT IS NOT ABLE TO HANDLE THE VOLUME OF TRANSACTIONS. ANY TRANSACTION I ASK TO COMPLETE TAKES WEEKS TO COMPLETE. FROM A CAPITAL CALL TO A SIMPLE PURCHASE. LET'S NOT EVEN TALK ABOUT THE OUTRAGEOUS FEES THEY CHARGE. ANTI SERVICE, GOOD LUCK TRYING TO REACH ANYONE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND KINGDOM TRUST AS A DIRECTED IRA CHOICE.

Disappointed with ability to call! Not everything can be done by computer.
The last year or so contact is near impossible and isn't friendly. They still send bills and demand fee payments but no longer can be called by phone. I presently filled out a fair market value form ok, but another form I was clueless how to answer some of the questions and I still don't know if they received it or not. I am sure other companies operate and charge similar fees but four stars went to one without any way to call.

Kingdom Trust reached out to the client and spoke about the issue and we were able to resolve the issue to the client's satisfactionThe client indicated that he would try and cancel the complaint as well

This client contacted us on 1/stating that he wanted to close his accountOnce we received the complaint from the Revdex.com we tried to call this client on 1/4, 1/5, 1/and 1/(call and email)We have an email from the client notifying us on 7/15/stating that he wanted to close his accountOn 9/23/we have a recorded phone conversation stating that wanted to keep his account openWe will be happy to close this clients account but currently there are not enough funds in his account to cover the termination feesWe will continue to reach out to this client

They'll get you for every dime they can They charged me an invoice fee when I had already paid my annual custodial fee When I called they said that they could waive the fee, but they refused to do so
