Kingdom Way Transport

My truck was delivered by Kingdom Way Transport on 1/8/2019 from Dyno auto sales in Yorba Lida CA to my residence in Northern California. We originally called Montway auto transport and they hired Kindgom Way Transport to deliver the vehicle. We were not there when the truck was taken for delivery but I received a phone call from the driver stating that there was no damage to the vehicle with the exception of a glue like substance on the bumper. When we left the dealership we inspected the vehicle and noticed zero damage and the owner confirmed that as well. The drivers notified us that they were leaving and the next day they ran into some issues with their delivery truck and stated that they would be late in delivering the truck. Around 10:30PM they arrived to drop off the truck. We noticed on the paperwork that they had already written no damage and had a circle around the driver side door. We asked them if they had any flash lights to do a delivery inspection as we didn't and they told us that we should use our cellphone lights. Upon inspecting the vehicle we noticed some big scratches in the paint and pointed it out to the drivers. They said to just sign the paperwork and file a complaint with the company. Since then we have filed the appropriate complaints with they're insurance company and it was found by SGD that Stephanie was to receive one check from one insurance company and the balance was to be paid from Kingdom Way Transport in the amount of $*** as that was their deductible. Since then I have not received a check from Kingdom Way Transport and they are impossible to get ahold of. I have contacted them numerous times and they claim that their insurance company denied the claim and New Alliance Insurance Brokers states they didn't deny the claim. Kingdom Way is also claiming that I am denying that the signature on the paper work isn't mine which is false. We have been trying for a few months now to get the money so that I can fix the damage done to the truck.
