Very easy online sale Fast delievery, accurate orders, products exceeded expectations I highly recommend doing business with this company I was opening my business and need to obtain air conditioning products from them quickly and at the right price I was a little nervous that given the very low price of the items, the quality would not be as good as were represented I was also concerned that the shipping might take longer and I could have a delay To my pleasant suprise, not only were the products exactly what were represented, they even exceeded my expectations The shipping was very fast and came right on time I was given a tracking number as soon as the items were shipped and I was able to know exactly when my packages were arriving I have done many transactions on line and many times it was not what you expect Kingersons made me a believe of excellent products at low low prices

Kingerson's did not honor the website price after purchase Order date: 12/Order No[redacted] I made a purchase on Kingerson's website that had a $adder for shippingOver the next days, I received phone call and email confirming my orderdays after placing the order, I was told the price I agreed to pay was no longer valid as it was for an older inventory of the same piece of equipmentI was then contacted later in the day telling me that I needed to purchase additional equipment in order to get the price listed on the websiteWithin less than hours, the story changed on why I needed to pay a higher priceI could have pursued legal action for advertising but didn't want to waste any more time
