I am rejecting this response because:There are too many discrepancies on behalf of King Linen It is accurate that I did return the comforter because I did not like the color Let me reiterate that it was not washed The first response I received from King Linen indicated that the item smelled of perfume or as though it had been washed The latest response now indicates that the item was still wet at the time of return What's the real story? My story hasn't changed I will be happy to provide the emails that were sent to me on behalf of King Linen demonstrating these discrepanciesAgain, this claim is inaccurate and I will settle for nothing less than my complete refund because I followed the necessary steps to return the product appropriately If this is not feasible, I will pursue legal action King Linen did ship the comforter back to me as I had requested because they are refusing to refund my money The box remains unopened I will be happy to return the item to them for a full refund. Hi [redacted],   I received the letter with your information just one day ago. Per the date only for 10 calendar days, I do not think there is enough time for me to reply in mail. Tried to call but no answer, and I am really busy for the season. I just sent you the email, and you can see the case....

  This customer was ordered the item, and claimed does not like the color. When we issued the RMA, we have stated that everything must be in the original condition. The return policy stated also on the website. Think about it, we have free ship to her and free send back and then free resend to her what we got left if no problem. For her case, she has to pay for the item back because we cannot accept the return condition like that. When we received the return, the return department will inspect first and turn in the paper to the office. I was the one to do the second check. Even though I did the second check the item for all 7 pieces with the strong smell and washed because it is still wet. There is not even one pieces we can resale and have to trash it. For this case, we are not able to issue any refund. Customer has the item now and we hope any one to her house to check. The smell maybe gone but people will tell how washed item looks like different as the original ones. If you have the link for this case, please forward to me and I will reply. We cannot issue any refund for this condition.
