Kingman Cab

I've been dealing with this company off and on for 10 years here in Kingman Arizona. I understand this is a busy company. Most of my experience s have been negative. I don't like to complain but when people are being neglected and pushed aside with no respect, I have to say something. Customer service skills are very cold, have the time they act like they don't care. Even with setting up a ride several hours ahead of schedule they are late. It takes them hours to get you around To my destination. I work taking care of a client who is a paraplegic. My car had a tire blowout. They said fifteen minutes, half hour later I called asking how much longer? They said fifteen minutes again. Hour later no taxi, my client left stranded and myself. If it wasn't for family I would not of made it. If this taxi company is struggling than they need to get help. I need a reliable source for emergencies.
