Review: I rented an apartment from them and moved out 12/31/2015. I left the apartment in good condition, exactly like when I moved in. I'm supposed to receive a refund of my deposit in the amount of $550 and they keep making excuses why they won't pay it or won't call me back to tell me when they will pay it and this has been going on since I moved out. Please help me get my refund.Desired Settlement: I want them to refund my deposit of $550 like it says in the contract. I didn't do any damage to the apartment. I tried to get them to repair it but they wouldn't.
We will send [redacted] the 550.00 deposit. This apartment was rented to [redacted] by another member/manager of our group. He is no longer a member of the LLC. Myself and another partner have taken over these for management. The payment will be mailed to the address on the email from your office no later than May 10, 2016. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
