Review: I paid the full year sewer fee ($150) and was told I can get partial back if I will not live in the apartment for one year. Now Apartment office refuse to pay partial (8 months) back because they have changed the policy as what I was told.Desired Settlement: I want to get partial refund of sewer fee for 8 months.
