Review: I purchased a 1999 Nissan Sentra from this dealer who assured me the engine was in working order. He neglected to tell me that he did not top off the vital fluids in the car, and a week later after driving the car back and forth to work, which is 4 miles away, it was discovered that there was NO OIL in the car at all, which has resulted in a ceased up engine that I now must replace for 2290 dollars which exceeds the price of the car! Because of this dealers GROSS NEGLIGANCE I am forced to replace a motor and pay for a towing bill.Desired Settlement: I would like some or all of the money I paid for the car back. The dealer is clearly at fault and the AS IS coverage does not allow for gross negligence. My son was driving the car when this happened and could of been seriously hurt if he had not been able to get the car off the freeway. There has to be some reconciliation, the dealer should of topped off the fluids or at least checked them.
