He reassures the client that he will provide them with a particular vehicle as seen on the web site in a timely manner knowing quite well the client desperately needs a vehicle. He takes their money tells the client he can have the vehicle with in a week or two. He gives the client access to drive one of the vehicle in his lot temporary until He finds the right vehicle. Then he refuses to take the vehicle back even when he knows quite well that was not what the client wanted. When the client returns vehicle he has the correct vehicle that the client wants but now he want more money. If the client refuses to pay more and wants a refund he refuses to refund the money unless he holds on to a portion of it which he calls the dealer fees. The client is left with a vehicle that was not agreed upon. No one she have to go through this. Its a horrible business practice people should be aware of these type of car sales person.
