In response to [redacted]'s claim that they were unaware they were purchasing a vehicle, I must first apologize if there was any mis-communication, however I was able to pull the folder with the transaction information and I have attached signed documents such as a Chase Cosigner Notice, Credit Application and License.

Hello again,
I am just a bit confused with this situation because you did mention in your complaint that you did give us permission to run your credit and the same signature that is on the credit application is on all the other loan paperwork.
[redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[Your Answer Here]
In response to Kings Auto Show and [redacted] Dealer,
Kings Auto Show/[redacted] asked me for more bank statements after purchasing the car and driving it for two weeks. The bank statements were provided to them three different times. Twice by fax and one was directly handed to [redacted] in person.
After four weeks when I kept on calling for the car registration they kept on ignoring my calls because they were unable to register my car.
On April [redacted], 2014 while driving in [redacted]omeone rear ended my car. At my grand surprise the following morning on April [redacted] before I even had the opportunity to report the accident to my insurer, Kings Auto Show/[redacted] called my daughter to report that the car was in an accident and was stolen. My daughter told them that the car was not stolen and that I was out with the car. A couple of minutes later upon my arrival at home, a tow truck from Rockaway, NY came to tow the car without even calling the town of [redacted] to notify them that they were taking the car. When I asked the man to see the paper work he refused to show me them. I called the police, and when they arrived they asked him if he called the town he said no and apologized, and after that he let me glimpse at the paper work. I saw that all of the papers were filed under my 19 year old daughter's name. She was a consigner when I was buying the car. The police allowed him to leave with the car.
On April [redacted], 2014 I reported the accident to my insurance company, the insurance company was unable to even look at the car.  The car was already taken away. The damage of the car could have been easily repaired because it was a no fault accident and the car had full coverage. My insurance even got in contact with [redacted], but they were unable to accomplish anything with him. My lawyer [redacted] from [redacted] got in contact with Kings Auto Show/Brooklyn Mitsubishi, [redacted] who is the [redacted] told my lawyer that I was driving my car with no registration. When [redacted] was the one responsible to register the car, and he also told my lawyer that the car was totaled. After the car was taken away I tried to contact [redacted] multiple times but she continually closed the phone on me.
I am a 47 year old woman, I work seven days a week and 12 hours a day and I travel very late at night. Having a car is not a luxury for me but it is more of a necessity. I own a small business and I need a car to carry the products, I also travel the 5 boroughs everyday. Traveling by train, bus, and taxi everyday costs me three times more than when I had my car. During the past 3 months I lost over ten thousand dollars because I am unable to stay on the road as long as I want to because I have to catch the bus or train at a certain time and I can't go to every place that I want to go to, due to transportation limitations.
My 19 year old daughter's name is garnished because [redacted] went and filed a repossession paper on her name. Credit Acceptance (their bank) took $500 for the first payment of the car when they said the loan was not approved. I am scared of getting in touch with Kings Auto Show/[redacted] because of the damage that has been done to me and they have spread too many lies about me. I feel humiliated and harassed.
Thank You,
[redacted] for [redacted].

Unfortunately there's not much more that can be said about this issue other than the fact that we're a car dealership who's goal is to sell cars not sell a car, have mileage added to it, have it involved in an accident and then have to pay to reposes it.
Obviously if we were calling the customer to obtain information on behalf of the bank, we did not receive said information thus having to reposes the vehicle.
It must be made CLEAR that the store LOST money on this transaction because of the added mileage and accident.
I, [redacted], the customer relations [redacted] at [redacted] can be reached at ###-###-#### or you can email me at [redacted].

Hello as you can see in the description, we were given permission to run credit however I did tell the customer I would assist in attempting to remove the inquiry.  I have not heard back from [redacted] since August thus I was under the assumption everything was ok.  The same business...

card that [redacted] got my name from has my office phone, cell phone and email address yet he chose to contact the Revdex.com instead of following up with me.  I am still willing to assist with the removal but I need [redacted] to come back to see me in person Tuesday - Friday between 9:00am - 4:00pm.

Review: On February [redacted] 2014; I went to King's Auto Show in Brooklyn, NY I met with a salesman named [redacted]. During my visit [redacted] gave me a paper stating everything that I needed to provide in order to purchase the car. I went home and gathered all the information and on February [redacted] I went back with all the papers and I purchased the car. Upon the final part of the sale I met with a saleswoman named [redacted], and she asked for a two thousand dollar down payment on the car. The money was taken out of my account with my credit card. When the sale was finished [redacted] and [redacted] shook my hand and gave me business cards to hand out for them. Seven days later I received a letter from the bank that was financing the car that stated everything was fine and to make sure to send in my payments on time.

A week later [redacted] started calling me to ask for more bank statements. Since we were only two weeks into the month I only received two weeks worth of bank statements for the month of March. A week later she called again asking for more and I gave her the same bank statement, but now it had three weeks worth of bank statements. She called and said that the bank will not pay her unless she gets a full month of bank statements. I asked her to wait till the end of the month. She called again at the end of the month, and I said, "It usually takes a couple of days for the bank statement to arrive after the [redacted] of the month." On the [redacted] of April I received a letter from my bank "[redacted]" stating the way I receive my bank statements has changed; I now have to view and print them online. A couple of days later I sent them the third bank statement, and that one was for the full month of March. I waited to hear from them, because they never sent me license plates for the car; although I paid for the car to be inspected. I called them and they told me they were going to review my bank statements and give me a call back. This was one the [redacted] of April.

On the [redacted] of April a man called my daughter and asked for my where abouts, and my daughter said that I will be back soon. When I returned home while I was inside the house I heard a noise and a man was towing the car outside. When I went to ask him what he was doing; he told me he has nothing to tell me and that I should call the dealer. When I called the police, the police officer told him he should have called the station to notify them that he was coming to take a car. He apologized for not doing what he was supposed to do and the police still let him leave with the car. When I called the dealer they never wanted to talk to me and repeatedly hung up the phone on me.Desired Settlement: For the dealer to return the car to me as soon as possible, because that is the only car I currently have to do my business since I work by myself promoting my hair product.

Unfortunately, I am not sixty five years old, therefore I am not a retired person who travels only ten minutes a day to purchase groceries. I work and travel all over to make my product known. For the past twenty four years this has been my third car that I have purchased from a car dealership. No dealer has ever questioned my where abouts or how many miles have been put on the car before. The only thing they expected from me is to pay for the car every month. To me this a very strange situation that a dealership came and took a car in less than a month without notice and had to file a paper in the court of law under the name of a nineteen year old college student who needs to apply for student loans. It is also strange that a no fault accident was a problem for the dealership, because the insurer is still waiting for the car to be fixed. This situation is greater than me, I stand behind my decision to not send anymore statements to Kings Auto Show/[redacted] due to the fact that I lost more money than the car was worth for the past four months. Review: I went into this business on Friday, August **, 2013 interested in a vehicle. I informed the sale rep that I only want to look at SUVs. They tried to put me in a vehicle that I really wasn't interested in however I was decided ok I'll try it out. They told me that they needed a down payment which I only had $300 (off of my debit card) plus my trade in worth $500. They took the $300 and then tell me that the jeep isn't on there lot. Afterward, I was like not interested just refund me my money. They gave me all bunches of excuses about why I couldn't get a refund now. They made me wait until Saturday to refund my money. They told me that they can only give me a check and the person who does the check left already even though the owner was physically there on the premises. I didn't not want to argue or get upset I said ok and came back on Saturday. They took my card today and refunded my money still haven't seen nothing. They are unprofessional, scam artists, and nasty.Desired Settlement: I want them not to run my credit history from here on out. I want them to apologize for there unprofessional behavior and refund me my money back.

Review: I brought a vehicle from this business in 2010. It was a 2007 VW Jetta advertised with low mileage in great condition. A year after I brought the car electrical problems and lights starting coming on. I have fixed it only to find out the car has bad structural damage, was involved in a accident in which the airbags deployed and this information was not disclosed to me. Now when I try to trade in the vehicle or sell it I can't get anything for it because the car has no value to it. Also I still owe about $10,000 on this vehicle which makes me upside down on the loan. I got the vehicle appraised at [redacted] in [redacted] and they said if I ever got into an accident the airbags would not deploy and declared it unsafe to drive.Desired Settlement: I would like them to pay off my existing loan with [redacted] as a inconvenience for not disclosing to me that the car had structural damage and electrical problems. I was forced to finance another vehicle because this one was not fit to sell or trade in and was unsafe to drive.

Cordially,

Review: I bought a 2010 Honda Accord about Five months ago at kings auto show [redacted]. The car was very unsafe when I purchased it. I almost crashed the next day because the two front tires were worn out and the brakes on the car were finish. I had to wait two weeks before the dealership decided to do something about that issues. I didn't even came to buy that particular vehicle, the salesman and [redacted] force me into buying the 2010 Honda Accord. They completely ignored me when I asked them for the car fax on that vehicle, technically they did a bait & switch on me. I was having all kind of problems with this vehicle, abs and brakes light coming on, AC not working, car is making big rubbing noise and bad shaking at 60 miles an hour, car needed a whole tune-up. I start saying to myself why am I having all these problems with a car that suppose to have 44,000 miles on it. I decided to run the car fax and it turn out to be that the vehicle had two accidents and had roll back miles, 15,000 miles of rollbacks miles. On the Car fax, its been reported that the car had potential rollback before being sold at the auction, the dealership knew the car had rollback miles and they decided to put me in the car and charged me $21000 for a car that's worth $13000. The dealership claimed that the car had passed inspection and curious to know how when the car had no brakes and the two front tires were completely worn out. I don't want the car anymore and definitely do not want to pay for a lemon. This dealership already have 20 complaints with the Revdex.com and therefore not accredited by the Revdex.com, they should be shut down.Desired Settlement: They should take the vehicle back from me and give me my trade-in back.

Cordially,

Review: On March [redacted] 2014, a friend of mine visited this auto dealer for a car. She called me to check out the place. When I arrived, the sales rep went into an office with my friend and others to discuss some matters. When they came out, they persuaded me to see if I qualified for a loan. I was hesitant because I had no intention of doing so and upon checking was told that I did not qualify for a loan.

A couple months later while browsing through my bank statements, I found an outstanding loan in the balance of almost $23, 000 dollars. When I inquired about this, I found out that on the same day, March [redacted] 2014, the loan that I qualified for was given to my friend without my knowledge and consent. This is major fraud! The car-dealer company even put my address to be same as my friend as if we lived together and my phone number as if it was hers when in fact, I do not live at her address or even know where she lives at all.Desired Settlement: I would like my name removed from the loan and off my account because I did not take this car home and should not have to be responsible for something I did not know about. This is fraud and this place should be closed down.

Why will they assume that every thing is ok when notting had been done from their end and why they take my info to get in touch with me which they did not I can't be taking time off work to always go there for what a phone call can do. You can not assume every thing is ok when you did not take it upon you self to to do what you said you was going to do and get in touch with the customer to let them know you are working on it or the inquire removal was mail to the bureaus.
