As of yesterday I emailed Sheryl to let her know that this Friday the guys will be there FOR SUREThese are good customers and we let them down, but we will be finishing the last installI hope Friday works for them, if not if she would provide us with a day I will make it happen

I am rejecting this response because: these people can enter my home to COMPLETE the job they started back in MARCHjust as long as the "person" in charge does NOT yell at me when he is on the front porchmy neighbor heard his entire tiradeI spoke in a pleasant and quiet mannerI am afraid once the items in question are hooked up, they will disappear again for ANOTHER months or longerI then will be STUCK with stone work I DID NOT AUTHORIZE NOR ACCEPT!! he knows exactly what we talked about and WHEN IT IS IN WRITING ON THEIR COMPANY LETTERHEAD in my hands, I will throw open my door and greet them with a smile on my facethey are trying to hoodwink me into accepting the horrible, cheap stone they used instead of WHAT I ORDERED(and already paid for months ago.) get me what I need IN WRITING and we are good to go thanks for your time...

We are extremely sorry it came to thisThis customer was not willing to take a substitute stone so we had to order it straight from the manufacturer in China and it took much longer than anticipated to makeWe are willing to reimburse for the cost of the materials and for the bracketsI am in the process of figuring out the amount and request some time to get this figure worked out

*** *** My concern with waiting for them to get the mantel and finish the venting area is that based on past experience of having them say they will finish and then not showing up, and or callingI would feel more like they are trying if they get the vent done as soon as possibleAnd I would be interested in knowing how long before the mantel will be doneThey have measured at least times for the mantel and it will have been two months ago they first came out to install the fireplaceKings Chimney and Fireplace seems to have a real problem with communication and followup

A visual inspection from the ground is sometimes all it takesAnd yes, actually, the fact that a home sale is involved is relevantHow about this, in the interest of customer service, I am willing to split the difference and refund 1/of what was paidThat at least covers our time for going out there and giving an HONEST recommendationWe are an HONEST REPUTABLE company

I am rejecting this response because:kings fireplace people are STILL jacking me around!! they started this crap back in march of this yeartold me days to replace and here we are at monthsthey were here for minutes weeks ago, and I still have no heat, no cook stove, no clothes dryerthey have taken my bucks gladly enough, where is the work I was told would be done??? they show up, spend a few minutes and leavehow about we go after their license? lets put a lien/hold on it so they can not screw anyone else until they get over here and do what their contract says they were going to dothis to starting to make me a bit upsetis this how we are supposed to treat our disabled seniors? I could use a little help here

responded to meThey have taken no responsibility for this whatsoeverI had to hire an electrician, who told me the wires were cut/splicedI have documentation and a written statement from the electricianThe fireplace is lopsidedThe facing needs to be re-faced because their painters were sloppy and it doesn't fitI would like to be reimbursed for the cost of the electrician that I had to hire, in the amount of $Someone told my husband that they would be out here the next day after we spoke, my husband took the day off and they failed to show up or call to let us know they weren't comingWe would like to be reimbursed for the time he took off, $I need our fireplace fixed and in working order

We fixed all of the issues with the gas line. On September 21, we sent a crew out to complete the installation of the appliances. Don REFUSED to allow our crew to complete the installation of the appliances until a masonry trim piece is completed. We were not set up today to do this masonry work. So...

as of TODAY it is on him that his appliances are not hooked up because we were 100% ready to proceed and get him up and running today.He needs to allow our crew to finish the work.

We have already sent a tech out to his home to address the smell and siding issue so those have been resolved. We have also took new measurements for the mantel and it is on it's way . We believe we are doing everything we can to satisfy this complaint.

I will follow up with the tech and find out what happened with the return trip. I think the best plan would be to have him return when the mantel is in and take care of the issues all at the same time.

This installation has been complete for some time. The customer was happy with the end result and paid in full.

[redacted]   Good morning. I have been in contact with the business via email, but they keep avoiding our calls, our requests via email, etc. and I want to change my stance on this compliant. Instead of them finishing the job,I want a refund for the material they were supposed to have ordered...

with money we already paid them. I have a filed a complaint with the WA Attorney General. I no longer want this company to complete the job, I want my money back for the material and I will hire someone else to complete the work. Please advise on how I go about changing the complaint to reflect this. The total requested for refund is $6000. Thank you. [redacted]
