Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: an inspection was not doneNo ladder was used to get on the roof to even look at the cap that "needed to be replaced." Yes a home sale is involved but that is not relevantAnother company was used, the reason I chose them is they came out to look at the chimney and did not charge me, as an inspection was not doneI actually paid more than what kings chimney had estimatedI was happy to do this b/c of their honest service Another reason I am unhappy with the service at Kings Chimney as I called multiple times with no answer there and left messagesThis is the first response I have receivedSincerely, [redacted]

We fixed all of the issues with the gas line. On September 21, we sent a crew out to complete the installation of the appliances. Don REFUSED to allow our crew to complete the installation of the appliances until a masonry trim piece is completed. We were not set up today to do this masonry work. So... as of TODAY it is on him that his appliances are not hooked up because we were 100% ready to proceed and get him up and running today.He needs to allow our crew to finish the work.

I had been trying to help [redacted] resolve this but I left the company for a bitI am back and am going to back sure this is rectifiedVery sorry that the work he contracted with the company turned into such a headacheIf [redacted] is willing I can get him on the schedule for next week or the week afterPlease have him call me on my cell, I will be out of the office until Monday the 17th, the number is [redacted]

Since is the first I am hearing of this, I will have to check with the tech and find out what happenedBut if the customer wants a refund, I will likely issue one today.....I just didn't know they wanted a refund

We have already sent a tech out to his home to address the smell and siding issue so those have been resolvedWe have also took new measurements for the mantel and it is on it's way We believe we are doing everything we can to satisfy this complaint
