I have the worse experience with King’s development Group LLC management. They are incompetent in every aspect in managing a corporation. I will never recommend anyone to rent or buy any property from them

Review: This company posted an available apartment listing to [redacted], when I contacted the list showing interest in the apartment, I was advised to come in and fill out an application which cost me $155. I was skeptical at first but he ensured me that an apartment would be found for me. After making my payment, I was rushed out of the office and I have not heard from this company and I made several calls to them for an update and to date have not received a return call.

This company list available apartments on [redacted] to get you into the office when in actuality that particular apartment probably does not even exist.

Very upset and disappointed.Desired Settlement: Refund my $155 because they did not do anything for me not even a phone call.

Review: On 2/**/2014 I gave [redacted] a representative of Kings Development Group a Cashier's Check in the amount of $1750 as the deposit on a rental unit located at [redacted]. The understanding of this deposit, both verbally and written on the receipt was that this was a refundable deposit. After a several miscommunications and misreprensentation, on the part of [redacted], I decided that I was no longer interested in the apartment and requested a refund of $1750. I made several telephone calls to both [redacted] and his partner Nissan Pinchasov with no resolution. [redacted] is no longer returning my telephone calls or text messages and [redacted] informed me yesterday that I need "work this out with [redacted]".Desired Settlement: I would like for [redacted] and Kings Development Group to refund my deposit of $1750.
